What areas do you serve?
We serve Richmond, KY, surrounding areas, and beyond!

Do you deliver? 
Yes, we can travel to you! Delivery is $2.50/mile from 40475 with a $40 minimum. Delivery fee includes mileage to and from your event.

What is Grab-N-Go?
Grab-N-Go is a great, budget-friendly option that still adds some amazing WOW to your event. They are created by us and picked up and set up or hung by you. Hanging materials and instructions are provided for hanging garlands. You can still choose your colors, length, and customized options, just like a custom installation. Not all balloon structures are available for Grab-N-Go due to size and complexity, but we do offer plenty of Grab-N-Go options! How soon do I need to order?
We prefer as much time as possible to ensure we are available on the date of your event! However, we need at least 3 weeks.

Do you accept last-minute orders? (Less than 3 weeks)
We will try our best! Last-minute orders are only accepted based on our availability and may be limited to only the balloons we have in stock. The order total for last-minute bookings will be due upfront and will be subject to a rush fee of an additional 20% of the total install fee.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes, we require a 50% retainer fee. This fee holds your date and ensures we will be available for your event. Because we are making ourselves fully available for your event that day, this fee is non-refundable.

Do you come back and clean up?
We can return and tear down and clean up for an additional fee! If your booking includes a backdrop or frame, we will return to collect these items at no additional fee but tear down and clean up of balloons or hanging materials will require the additional fee. This is subject to availability and must be scheduled upon booking.

What if I need to cancel?
Deposits made to hold your event are non-refundable. We require a 7-day written notice if your event is canceled to receive a full refund (minus a non-refundable deposit). If less than a 7-day notice is given, we can only offer the option to give credit and reschedule your booking for a future date within one calendar year of the original date. We will only reschedule an event twice before charging an additional rescheduling fee.

What if the weather is bad on the day of my event?
We highly encourage balloons to be set up to be indoors during winter and summer months due to extreme weather conditions. But we get it, you want to have outdoor events and you cannot predict the weather! If the weather is bad on the day of your event we can offer to reschedule your event to another day within one calendar year at no additional charge. We cannot install in the rain or strong winds.

When do I need to pay my final invoice?
Final invoice payment is due no later than 7 days before your event date.

What do you use to hang the balloons?
We use wall-friendly command hooks for indoor installations. Please verify with your venue that it is acceptable to hang items on the wall. We do offer free-standing structures and frames if balloons cannot be attached to walls.

What type of balloons do you use?
We only use the highest quality latex and foil (mylar) balloons. Our latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. Our mylar balloons are not biodegradable, but they are reusable! If you need advice on deflating and reusing mylar balloons we would love to provide you that guidance!

Can I purchase my own balloons and save on cost?
While we do love and appreciate your desire to be savvy and save some extra money, we will only create our balloon structures with balloons of the highest quality that we have purchased from one of our vendors. This helps us remain consistent in our ability to deliver memorable moments for you! Trust us, it is worth it!

How long will my balloons last?
Balloon installations can last anywhere from 1 day to 3 months depending on the conditions. We do not recommend keeping balloons in direct sunlight during warmer months and things like sharp objects and people’s hands can be harmful to the longevity of the balloon. Air-filled balloons kept in an air-conditioned room will last the longest.

Do you offer helium balloons?
We do not currently offer helium options.

How do I book?
Fill out this form telling us a little about your event. We will email you to follow up and set up a call to nail down all of the details. After the call, we will send you a digital quote and mockup of your designs. Accept the quote, sign the contract, pay the invoice and that is it! We will handle all of the hard stuff from there. We promise to make it as simple as possible for you!
